Our Pre-ETS services are designed to support
students with disabilities in their journey from high
school to employment. We focus on helping
students develop the skills needed to navigate the
workforce successfully

Job Exploration Counseling:

We guide students
in exploring career options that align with their interests, skills, and goals.

  • Post-Secondary Education Counseling

    We
    offer insights into vocational training, college
    programs, and other educational opportunities
    that pave the way for employment.

  • Understanding high school vs college academic expectations
  • Work-Based Learning Experiences

    We provide
    hands-on opportunities such as internships, job
    shadowing, and volunteering to build real-world
    experience.

  • Job shadowing in fields of interest
  • Understanding roles and responsibilities in the workplace
  • Workplace Readiness Training

    Students learn
    critical soft skills such as communication,
    teamwork, and time management to thrive in a
    work environment.
